Admin & Reception Assistant [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Reception Duties:

  • Perform receptionist functions including but not limited to greeting and serving tea to guests, mailing courier
  • Manage booking system and meeting rooms' availability
  • Ensure cleanliness especially of the reception area, and meeting rooms
  • Liaises with the Management Office

Administration Duties:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Admin Department
  • Order and stocktake office supplies such as stationery, pantry supplies, and office facilities
  • Preparation & arrangement of cheques for departments
  • Maintain documentation records and filing systems
  • Assisting in ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • 1-2 years working experience in reception & admin
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good Team player
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
