About the Role

Ae you looking for an entry level Human Resources position? Or are you an experienced Administrator/Receptionist? We have just the role for you!

This position plays a vital role within Medical Workforce providing support to the whole team. You will be the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholder queries, for both Junior and Senior Medical Staff.

You will have the opportunity to make this role your own and influence future processes improvements within the team. If you are a driven individual who is looking for a part time flexible position we would love to hear from you.

  • Salary per hour: $33.79 plus Superannuation and Salary Packaging

About the culture

The Medical Workforce team is embedded within the People and Culture Directorate of Barwon Health and is a high functioning small team who oversees the Human Resources functions for all Medical Staff in the organisation.

The People and Culture Directorate is a large team that supports and delivers a range of services to the organisation including Human Resources, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, on-boarding, Staff Care, Payroll and Work Health and Safety.
