Education
- Diploma or B-Tech or equivalent in Electronics / Avionics
- Vocational high school education in Electronics / Avionics
Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in Avionics PCBs assembly and Electronics integration
Tasks:
- Assembly of Avionics
- Handling of Sensitive PCBs
- EMI/EMC Coating
- Testing of Finished Avionics
Required Capabilities:
- Proficient in aircraft terminologies and good understanding of industry standards
- Has the ability to solder cabling components preferably with precision soldering ability
- Has the ability to read / understand and interpret technical drawings and technical documents.
- Experienced in the use of hand tools (crimp, pin removal, insertion, cable stripping etc.)
- Has the ability to use measuring devices. Proficiency in use of tools and testers for aircraft assembly (Multi-meter, Oscilloscope, Ampere-meter, power analyzer and Voltmeter)
- Preferably used military type cabling materials effectively.
- Preferably have knowledge of materials conforming to MIL-STD-D38999 standard
- Has the ability to work with hand-tools
- Experienced in integration procedures and handling RF communication Systems
