Customer Service Order Manager [Poland]


 

Our Client is the leading technology provider for the live media and entertainment market. The company works with 90% of the world’s major media brands, powering their media centres, mobile production units, 24-hour newsrooms, and sports streaming platforms.

Its product line includes cameras, live production switchers, modular infrastructure, routing & much more with solutions sold as hardware, software and SaaS.

Your role:

As part of the Business Operations team, the Account Specialist / Order Entry candidate will be mainly
responsible for processing Logistic cases, entering of new orders as well as the management of existing
orders. The candidate will also be responsible of the internal coordination between various departments
to ensure promised delivery schedules are respected and communicated.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders in Sales Force (work on Logistic Cases)
  • Process orders in SAP and validate the equipment list and pricing accuracy
  • Manage all changes in customer requirements
  • Generate order confirmations as per production schedule or inventory
  • Perform daily follow up on all assigned orders to minimize any delays
  • Work closely with Technical Support Engineers and Planners
  • Coordinate activities and the interact with other departments i.e. Finance, Logistics
  • Respond to internal and external customer queries via email and phone
  • Make sure all orders are shipped and invoiced in a timely manner
  • Have shipments prepared daily and process all necessary exportation paperwork when required
  • Be involved in various projects when needed
  • Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound

Requirements:

  • ERP knowledge and experience (SAP is an advantage)
  • CRM knowledge and experience (Salesforce is an advantage)
  • Advance use of English
  • Excel (and other MS Office applications) knowledge
  • Work experience in Order Management and/ or Customer Service oriented roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good at setting priorities
  • The candidate should be focused and be able to work independently to ensure all tasks are
  • completed
