About the Engineering Manager (Medical) Role:
Reporting to the Senior VP, you will be responsible for ensuring the machine and utility facility could perform in accordance to the required specification and to support production process could achieve the target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the preventive maintenance program is performing in accordance to the applicable programme and required target
- Ensure and monitor the corrective maintenance of electrical/mechanical machine run properly
- Ensure the availability of machine/tolls spare part in accordance to the needs in order to prevent the machine breakdown
- Review the preventive maintenance program and implementation
- Ensure the CAPA implementation at Engineering Department is perform in accordance to commitment
To be successful in this Engineering Manager (Medical) role, you must be able to ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacist, Engineering or related field
- Over six years of work experience at managerial level
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Exposure in the medical industry
