You will join our eMobility Division, which is currently experiencing massive growth thanks to various recent major wins. eMobility designs and manufactures innovative energy converters primarily used in the automotive industry. We are looking for an HQ and NPI Financial Controller to join our team. The position is based at our Montrottier factory (less than an hour away from Lyon). or in Poland (Tczew).
What you’ll do:
Job Summary:
Finance Coordination role in eMobility EMEA HQ; responsible for reporting, planning and forecasting of functional costs as well as compliance with SOX and internal audit. Focus in role on communication to senior leaders and their direct reports. Additionaly person will be repsonsible for bugets of New Programs in eMobility EMEA.
Job Responsabilities:
- Ensure cost control for the site Vs profit plan/prior forecast expectations.
- Ensure all standard eMobility EMEA reporting activities are timely and accurate supporting documentation
- Achieve zero non-compliance issues.
- Support site New Project including standardization and leaning of processes.
- FP&A activities for eMobility EMEA
- Reporting financials results of new programs in EMEA eMobility
- Improve the forecast accuracy for the location/ Profit Plan process construcition
- Support standardization of processes, along with the management review process in the plants.
- Ensure effective communication to stakeholders, with appropriate ad-hoc reports and analyses issued timely and accurately.
- Strict coordination with other Inter-Company ledgers to make sure that all IC transactions are registered timely, accurately and with the proper
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Finance Controlling. Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures.
Skills:
- Operational Finance Experience onsite (>3 year); Solid accounting knowledge.
- English Knowledge, French, Polish is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skill set, effective at all levels of the organization and able to influence and challenge the decision process
