- Minimum of Two years in a similar position / experience
- Previous Five Star Game Lodge Experience
- Extensive background in all areas of management
- Special emphasis in finance, human resources
- Food & Beverage and Rooms Division Management
- Passion for the Bush
- Passion for Food | Culinary
- Proven track record in the efficient and effective management of operations
- Strong personality and highly motivated
- Excellent people skills, good at managing large teams
- Good financial acumen.
- Valid driver’s license.
Description
Good allrounder with knowledge of all lodge aspects (FOH, F&B, Maintenance, Finances, HR, Project Management etc.)- A person that is highly respectful to local cultures and works well with local staff members

- Must work accurately under pressure.
- People skills – tolerance, patience, and care.
- To produce a consistent, high-quality product, efficient and flexible service, which is consistent with the company’s policies and procedures.
- To have a full working knowledge and capability to perform and manage all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work to the standard of performance set.
- To demonstrate and promote flexibility and adaptability towards changing working hours and shifts according to the requirements of a 24-hour operation.
- To respond to changes in your job function as dictated by the industry, company, or the property.
- To manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them.
- To provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of all subordinates.
- To ensure that deadlines on all projects are met.
