Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and classes for members and guests
- Provide tours of the club and promote services and products
- Process membership applications and payments, and maintain accurate member records
- Assist with club operations, such as inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized Receptions desk.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure a safe and secure environment for members and guests
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 year home country or UAE Experience - prefer exposure of wokring with Fitness club/Gym.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
