Housekeeping Supervisor [Philippines]


 

Oversee and manage the daily operations of a housekeeping staff. Ensures that the rooms, public areas, and other guest spaces are kept clean and tidy to maintain a hig level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of housekeeping staff, including assigning duties, training new employees, and monitoring performance to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and other guest spaces to ensure that they are cleaned to the highest standards and meet company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and placing orders for new supplies as needed
  • Creating work schedules and assigning tasks to staff members based on occupancy levels and guest needs.
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving any issues related to housekeeping services.
  • Ensuring that housekeeping staff comply with safety and security policies and procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to fire safety regulations.
  • Conducting regular training sessions for housekeeping staff to improve their skills and maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborating with other Departments such as maintenance, front office, and management to ensure that guest needs are met.
  • Maintaining accurate records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, cleaning schedules, and inventory levels.
  • Conducting performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and providing feedback for improvement.
  • Ensures that the guest have a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay at the establishment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
