Job Description
- Manage daily operations of the branch and cater needs of our customer, consultant & borrower/
- Responsible for accounts generation and marketing activity
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year business course
- With at least two (2) years of work experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations
- Work experience in a bank or financing or car industry is an advantage
- Must have at least six (6) months of supervisory or managerial experience
- Required skills: leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiating, presentation, communication, networking, and interpersonal
- A strategist, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, and analytical
- Customer-service oriented
- Has the ability to handle challenging situations
- Willing for branch re-assignment
