Job Description

  • Manage daily operations of the branch and cater needs of our customer, consultant & borrower/
  • Responsible for accounts generation and marketing activity

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four-year business course
  • With at least two (2) years of work experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations
  • Work experience in a bank or financing or car industry is an advantage
  • Must have at least six (6) months of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Required skills: leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiating, presentation, communication, networking, and interpersonal
  • A strategist, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, and analytical
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Has the ability to handle challenging situations
  • Willing for branch re-assignment

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
