Program Administrator / Senior Program Administrator [Singapore]


 

Job Purpose:

To support the Program Manager in strengthening existing customer relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, which includes New Product Introduction (NPI), Order Administration, BOM Management and Planning.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with customers by identifying and assessing customers’ current and future needs
  • Timely fulfilment of customers’ orders or communication of schedule revision
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders will be fulfilled on time
  • Respond to all customers’ inquiries promptly
  • Prepare and provide reports and proposals to customers as required

Order Processing

  • Acknowledge and process sales orders, coordinate with various departments and related parties to fulfil order
  • Prepares samples, price estimates and quotations within customer’s expectations and timeframe
  • Creates work orders for production and replacement work orders if necessary
  • Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in overdue payment collection
  • Manage customer’s product content effectively

Material Planning

  • Plan and make purchase requisition for necessary materials to ensure materials availability in meeting production needs while minimizing inventory holding/costs
  • Manages inventory level for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods
  • Analyse order trends and prepare forecast schedule to material planner

Partner & Vendor Management

  • Ensure partners and vendors fulfill their service promptly with the correct price
  • Evaluates vendor’s performance develop good relationships with reliable vendors

Productivity and Innovation

  • Identify potential improvement initiatives
  • Implement feasible improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and/or economy

People Management & Administration

  • Prepares and updates key functional metrics regularly
  • Guides and train Program Administrators (for Senior PA)

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in operations/supply chain environment (PA)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in operations/supply chain environment (Senior PA)
  • Good command of English; able to speak and write confidently
  • Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin as may have to deal with chinese-based customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good presentation and communication abilities
  • Independent and proactive, with strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience in printing and packaging industry will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in MRP and SAP systems will be added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
