We are looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant for our busy office in North Monaghan
Immediate start
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Manage a busy switchboard in an efficient and courteous manner
- Enter orders onto accounts system
- Weekly checks of delivery dockets to advice notes
- Compile drivers stock sheets and investigate any errors
- Ringing customers / drivers for orders and put information on system
- Assist other departments as and when required
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required
- Book hauliers for transport
The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes to succeed in the role:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner
- Be able to multitask and priorities tasks
- Highly motivated, flexible and the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good organisational and attention to detail skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Basic accounts skills would be an advantage
Hours of Work
- Mon 9am – 6.30pm
- Tue 10am – 6.30pm
- Wed 10am – 6.30pm
- Thu 10am – 6.30pm
- Fri 10am – 5pm
Some overtime might be required accasionally
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €12.00-€13.00 per hour
