Are you a passionate sales professional with a knack for nurturing client relationships and driving business growth? SFC Energy, a global leader in high-power platform solutions and coils & linear drive manufacturing, is seeking a dynamic SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our expanding team in Almelo, the Netherlands.

Your role
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving optimal sales figures and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Proactively addressing technical requirements, needs, and concerns of current and potential customers
  • Conducting acquisition activities to target potential customers in specific market segments
  • Preparing and negotiating quotations, delivery terms, and prices
  • Advising on products, services, and conditions
  • Ensuring excellent after-sales service execution
  • Monitoring market trends and competition
  • Participating in trade fairs, delivering product presentations, and executing mailings
  • Utilizing CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Preparing visiting and sales reports

Your profile
As our ideal candidate, you embody our corporate identity and possess the following:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in an international technical environment (Hunter/Farmer qualities); or a high-level study profile for a highly motivated starter
  • Strong passion for sales and eagerness to learn
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships across functional teams and customers due to exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Innovative thinking, taking initiative, and thinking outside the box
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to take risks
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
