SALES MANAGER [Malaysia]


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ability to plan, organize and lead the sales team and all sales activities within the company.
  • to develop and manage dales strategies and planning in identify customers
  • to execute approved action plans, sales budget and strategies towards achieving sales targets.
  • to provide and maintain excellent account service and customer relationship management
  • to oversees and evaluates market research of competitor product, market trend and develop new idea to improving company products and services.
  • To provide the monthly sales performance and competitor activities reports to management
  • To provide sales forecasts on the monthly basis for effective stock management and company sales growth.
  • To perform related job responsibilities delegated by management as necessary in relation to the business operation to maintain a smooth and productive operation of the organization.

Qualification

  • Min SPM
  • Proven experience in sales
  • at least 5 year experience in offline and online sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with wide range of people and cross functional group.
  • have own transport dan driving license
  • Computer skill: Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM9,736.15 per month
