A leading global investment manager is looking for an experienced candidate to join the Asia team, responsible for the smooth running of marketing operations focused on business development and fundraising activities with institutional investors and intermediary distribution channels in Asia.

Responsibilities:

Managing the logistics of travel and meeting management:

  • Support team with clients and prospects
  • Monitor upcoming Group visitors to the region
  • Host Group PM and senior managers and liaise with their Assistants
  • Schedule travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Arrange visas and entry administration for smooth travel
  • Set up meetings, conference calls, and events
  • Maintain calendars with relevant information as per standards
  • Prepare meeting information and marketing collateral as required

Sales support:

  • Client investment quarterly reporting
  • Manage marketing collateral inventory and logistics
  • Become Sales Force super user and manage data input / reporting
  • Perform internet and subscription-based research
  • Maintain contact databases for mailing and distribution
  • Coordinate fund launch communication
  • Administer onboarding for new / prospective clients and CPI/IPI forms
  • Manage data site access

General Administration:

  • Manage internal meetings and calendars
  • Answer and screen executive-level client phone calls, faxes, and mail
  • Process correspondence and translate documents (English-Chinese)
  • Manage incoming invoices and prepare expense reports
  • Manage compliance reporting for gifts, meals, and entertainment
  • Maintain filing system and perform administrative duties (copying, supplies)

Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience supporting senior management in finance
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to use internet resources
  • Manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, self-initiate value-added tasks
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, and Intralinks is a plus
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Korean is a plus
