Administrative Assistants assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as purchasing parts, filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for delivery and meeting.

Requirements

  • N/O-level/ITE/Poly Graduates
  • Exceptional time management and organising skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience as Project Coordinator or Project Administrator a plus
