Business Development Representative with German (m/f/d)- (Remote-Slovakia) [Czech Republic]


 

We are a leading talent acquisition consultancy that partners with high-growth companies around the world to help them build and optimize their talent pipelines. Our clients include Wolt, N26, TIER, Kayak, Grover among many others. There are currently 80+ Tribesters with 20+ nationalities.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities by identifying and researching potential clients, qualifying and generating sales leads through outbound calling and email campaigns. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to advance your sales career and cultivate a strong clientele network. You will report to the Growth Director.

Tasks

  • Research and identify potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Prospect, qualify and generate sales leads through outbound calling and email campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify key decision-makers and influencers within potential client organizations
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients to understand their business needs and qualify opportunities for the sales team
  • Use CRM tools to track progress and report on sales metrics
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and prospecting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent in German and English
