About the Role:
Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we’re looking for a skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer with a solid background in Computer Science, CMS knowledge, and Cloud administration experience, to join our Managed Services team
What You’ll Do:
- Provision, support and maintain our customer's cloud and on-premises environments and Sitecore products
- Implement and maintain tools for monitoring and operations
- Implement and maintain tools for logging and reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in non-production and production environments
- Respond to service disruptions while maintaining SLA uptime
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation along with our other engineers
What You Need to Succeed:
- Azure / Cloud administration experience, including scripting and automation
- Infrastructure, network, and application support knowledge
- Excellent command of English
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Kubernetes / containers experience – on-premise or cloud
- Experience with Sitecore, Adobe, WordPress, or other CMSs along with Database knowledge in MySQL, MS SQL, MongoDB
- Experience with CDN/WAF solutions along with load testing tools
