Customer Service Agent [Sweden]


 

We are looking for a german speaking customer service agent who will be the first line of support for Internetnord. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, answering questions and resolving problems by phone or email. You will work closely with our team of sales and technical staff to ensure customers have an excellent experience.

To succeed in this role, you need to understand the German mentality and be a communicative person who enjoys a lot of contact with people. You should be self-motivated, have good problem-solving skills and be able to work under tight deadlines. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic person who wants to help our customers get the most out of our products and services. You will also work on identifying and selling additional products or services that may suit the customer's needs.

Demand:
