JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • 5 day work week

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards
  • To reply and response to reviews/feedbacks/ comments across all platforms (E.g. Telephone, email inbox, Social Media and face to face with customer)
  • Coaching of soft skill to the team related to customer service
  • Front desk duties including greeting and welcoming guest, handling of incoming and outgoing calls, booking of appointments, attend to customer’s inquiry.
  • Any Ad-hoc task assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to work on retail hours
  • Must have Leadership ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal, efficiency & organisational skills
  • Multi-tasking capabilities and willingness to go for the extra mile
  • Able to converse in Mandarin and English to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
  • Basic knowledge on digital marketing will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Prior experience as cabin crew will be an added advantage
