The Role
This is a home-based role with plenty of flexibility and the sole purpose is to effectively contribute to the running of the Design & Installations Team administrative tasks in line with company standards. Consistently deliver high levels of customer service in all communication and support the larger team in any ad hoc requests as they are required.
Roles & Responsibilities
Installations Services
- Use pricing matrixes, or support automated systems to price up installation work and create an estimate of works for projects.
- Prepare project paper work packs for customers
- Check orders verses works ordered to ensure nothing is missed
- Make amendments to project paperwork once property surveys have been done
Design Services
- Email and correspond with customers using Victoria Plum Design Services, including requests for information on measurements, photos, and any further details the designers may need to support the completion of bathroom projects
- Send customers completed designs and supporting information.
- Outbound call and support customers with queries using Design Services.
- Support Senior design team members in producing reports, collating and gathering information
- Ad hoc support for team, including support for new initiatives
- Ad hoc outbound support calling to customers using our design services
Adherence to and implementation of all VictoriaPlum.com procedures and legislative and regulatory rules including-: Fraud prevention, Data Protection Act (DPA), Data security and integrity, Health & Safety
We are looking for someone with….
- GCSE Maths & English
- Experience of working in busy environment
- Strong working knowledge of CRM/customer relations systems and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of VictoriaPlum.com products
- Consistently seek to add value to the department and continuous self-development, looking at ways for the department to increasingly add value.
- Maintain an up-to-date comprehensive technical knowledge.
- Flexibility and an ability to switch and change focus.
- Adaptive communication skills
