Position Summary:

A vital part of our success is the dedication of our Finance team. We are searching for a Finance Manager to join our growing team. You will be an integral member of the Corporate Finance Team to work on the operations, accounting, finance and commercial processes for Arcadis IBI Group’s Latin America offices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regional office and project accounting, financial reporting and analysis
- Management of bank accounts, cash flows and local taxation issues
- Preparation of the annual budget together with local leadership
- Contributing to the preparation of business plans, financial analysis, bidding, contracting etc
- Supervision of salary payments and expense reports reimbursement
- Participate in various ad-hoc projects as required
- Provide innovative solutions to improve existing processes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree level education in Finance, Law or Business
- CPA designation is required
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a corporate finance \ accounting function
- Self-learning skills and proactive approach for solving problems
- Strong Excel skills
- Self-motivated and innovative thinking
- Full command of the English language: written, spoken and read
