HR Executive [Singapore]


 

  • Responsible for work pass applications (application, renewal, cancellation)
  • Perform background checks through external vendors.
  • Ensuring the requirements for COMPASS and Fair Consideration Framework requirements are met.
  • Manage travel arrangement for flights and hotels for foreign employees.
  • Conduct onboarding orientation procedure for new staffs.
  • Perform HR administration work in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of HR letters, (eg. Letter Of Employment, experience certificate)
  • Filing of P-Files, updating of leave records, onboarding staff into company insurance.
  • Managing employees’ queries.
  • Maintain HR database.
  • Responsible for offboarding of employees filing of IR21 clearance, submit statutory claims such as NS-Make up pay, government paid leaves, preparation of final settlement form.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM and statutory requirements are met through HR practices.
  • Assist in organising company staff event.
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
