Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and oversee the Human resources and administration function.
- Attraction, selection and recruiting of new employees, including conducting candidates’ interviews, checking references, and performing background checks.
- Organizing and running orientation sessions.
- Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
- Interviewing applicants and short list candidates for required job role.
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Overseeing employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Execute quarterly and annual performance review sessions and provide recommendation to the Management.
- Effective Implementation of corporate policies and procedures on compensation, incentive, bonus, and benefits.
- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
- Continually assesses employee motivation level and review their performance in comparison to expectations.
- Focus on recurring programs to evaluate employee motivation and satisfaction.
- Ensure a mechanism to address employee concerns in effective manner.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation of UAE.
- Oversee the payroll preparation.
- Making sure that all company forms are used properly by store.
- Handling and tracking all employees’ documents and its expiry.
- Updating employee files and documents (Hard Copy & Soft Copy).
- Maintain and update employee master list.
- Maintaining Company communication log (Letter, memo etc.)
- Maintain and update employee master list.
- Coordination with all departments.
- Prepare reports as and when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Diploma Human Resources or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as an HR manager or HR Generalist minimum 5 years UAE experience.
