Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Manage the new starters and leavers processes.
- Conduct the onboarding process – new hire inductions, and employee documentation completion.
- Complete the off-boarding process for leavers – communicate changes to the HRIS team efficiently
- Coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team for interviews and appointment documentation.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and help employees on all levels.
- Identify and address employees’ requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, procedures, and labor law.
- Support management on employee-related issues/activities.
- Plan and lead HR projects and initiatives.
- Conduct HR roundtables and HR feedback meetings by regular site visits
- Manage and control country labuor law compliance processes
- Keep all HR files and records up to date and secure, dealing with confidential material with integrity and tact.
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
- Ensure the HR function and service are continuously improving and developing.
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, finance, etc.)
- Undertake any other duties as and when required by HR Manager as commensurate with grade and experience.

What do I need to be considered for this role?
- BCom Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 Years Experience in Human Resources in a Large Organization
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Effective planning skills with the ability to set and work to (personal, team, and budget) deadlines.
- French, Arabic, and English
