Junior Lawyer
As Junior Lawyer you will be responsible for negotiating contracts, with particular emphasis on lease agreements and other documents, supporting other departments of the company to jointly ensure compliance with applicable law of the activities of the Management Board and proxies of the Company and other companies of the Capital Group.
Detailed scope of responsibility:
- Developing and giving opinions on draft agreements and other internal acts in the entire area of the company's operations in the region, with particular emphasis on lease agreements for commercial real estate,
- Negotiating contracts and other legal documents, with particular emphasis on lease agreements in the region
- Substantive support for other departments of the company,
- Taking care of the compliance with applicable law of the activities of the Management Board and proxies of the Company and other companies of the Capital Group,
- Ongoing legal advice, including providing explanations on the interpretation and application of legal provisions,
- Keeping records of contracts, powers of attorney, orders and other internal regulations, including control of their validity period.
We believe you have the understanding and interest in retail in general. You are a detail-oriented and result-driven person who is ambitious, humble and a fast learner. You are strategic thinker and you know how to react quickly to challenges. As a person, we believe you value having your own responsibility, a fast pace, teamwork, and straightforward communication with a flexible attitude.
Besides your personality we see that you have:
- A law degree,
- At least 2 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial real estate lease agreements (a must)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house,
- Very good command of English in speech and writing, including legal language,
- Practical knowledge of civil law, commercial law, real estate law,
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
