6 MONTHS FIXE-TERM CONTRACTMonitor and oversee the processing of client transactions, including payments, debit card activities, and foreign exchanges.
Conduct thorough investigations and promptly resolve any discrepancies that arise during transaction processing.
Perform first-line screening of transactions, making decisions on their release or escalation when necessary.
Utilize ad-hoc tools to review cash and securities reconciliation, ensuring timely management of outstanding items.
Prepare and submit operational reports to Swiss and Foreign authorities and regulators, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Act as a valuable support resource for other departments, providing expertise on banking operations matters.
Proactively challenge operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Actively participate in testing new products and services, providing valuable insights and feedback.
Erfahrung / Fähigkeiten erforderlich:
PROFILE:Post-obligatory diploma, or banking apprenticeship, 1-3 years of work experience in the banking sector
Good knowledge and experience in banking operations aspects.
Demonstrated confidence in handling day-to-day work challenges.
Ability to adapt to multiple demands and effectively prioritize tasks.
Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Client-focused mindset with a strong orientation towards finding solutions.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative.
"Out-of-the-box" thinker who can bring fresh perspectives to the table.
Project management skills would be considered a plus.
