Forbes & Company is an established, progressive accounting firm located in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Our firm provides tax, bookkeeping, and consulting services to small/medium sized businesses and high-wealth individuals. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of accounting technology and workplace flexibility.
The entire team has worked primarily remotely for over a decade, with a few optional team events held each year. We allow all team members to dictate their own schedule and working hours.
Our firm is currently recruiting Part-Time Bookkeepers.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant bookkeeping experience, preferably working with multiple clients
- Proficient skills in QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online experience preferred, but not required)
- Comfort and proficiency with current technology in a virtual environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional manner
- Excellent self-starting and time management skills
This position is an hourly position, with a range of $20-$35/hour commensurate with skills and experience.
Many of our current bookkeepers started in a part-time role and became full-time salaried employees as the firm has grown. This option is available for interested candidates who perform well at the firm.
