What you'll do:
Take a hands-on management approach to build and lead the full cycle project from planning to execution
Manage high profile clients by building and maintaining great relationships and taking ownership of client experience
Coordinate project team activities and ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and project team members
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-project reviews
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery
Develop and manage successful and useful interfaces across the company and elevate those connections into a supportive and problem solving environment
Qualifications:
3-5 years of project management experience with a track record of leading clients facing technical projects
Experience working with project management software and tools, such as Monday or Jira
Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus.
Knowledge in sales processes, working in SAAS product company - advantage
Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and change management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Terrific problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science) - advantage
