Role and Responsibilities
•Identify new prospects and maintain existing client relationships in the commercial FM industry •Create and pursue project/business opportunities and RFPs through customer engagement to align with the company’s business plans and growth strategies
•Manage the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination to closing the deal
•Work with the Senior Management to develop and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for achieving business goals
- Keep up to date with industry trends and changes, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Optimize the Sales funnel and analysis on regular basis
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor activities and pricing.
•Monitor and report the current status of potential projects, markets, customer news, and developments
•Lead the creation and submission of RFPs, Pre-Qualification, and formal presentations
•Ensure all communications with customers are consistent with our standards and accurate in content and format
•Negotiate contract modifications or extensions when needed
•Adapt to new trends and seize opportunities in the market
•Coordinate internally with other departments such as Commercial, Operation, Finance, Human Resources
•Provide sales and marketing expertise to management
•Evaluate the quality of incoming business and refocus efforts if necessary
•Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
· Proven skills requires in MS Office and advance level of expertise in PPTs
· Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Requirements
1. Proven experience (02 to 03 Years) as a Sales Lead / Manager or similar role in the facility management industry.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
5. Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Willingness to travel as required
