What you´ll do
With the opening of our new Tech Hub in Krakow, we are strengthening our technical leadership team with Scrum Masters who will play a crucial role in leading and scaling Engineering teams for the hub.
You will work closely with the developers to ensure value flow and optimize collaboration and output efficiency. As Scrum master you facilitate the scrum ceremonies as well as support the team in risk mitigation and resolving impediments. As a leader you have a high focus on coaching in team collaboration and helping the team to unleash its full skill set. You will work closely with the other Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Team Managers.
What you´ll bring
You are a technical leader with a passion for developing people. You enjoy being part of a team, yet you eagerly take a leadership role to guide the team to reach its full potential. You thrive in working in a collaborative environment and building networks across the organization and you are a driven self-motivated person who wants to see results in your own work as well as the teams’.
- A background and hands-on experience in software development, large scale system design and/or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or leader in an agile development set-up.
- Deep knowledge in agile methods and communication skills to bring this mindset to your teams.
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Meritorious is certification as Scrum Master and previous experience of tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
