Requirements:
  • 4+ years proven experience managing E2E hiring process for technology positions with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, HR and recruiting communities, etc.
  • Vast experience in sourcing including building new and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Multi-tasking and ability to work in scale and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in conducting in-depth HR interviews.
  • Creative, friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive, and can-do approach.
  • High level of English - written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Role:
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of global and local positions.
  • Conduct in-depth HR interviews, convey your feedback about cultural and personal match to the teams, and the position.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, and work to continually improve our candidate experience.
  • Develop a talent pipeline by using creative and innovative sourcing techniques and networking.
  • Analyze data and trends and identify ways to improve our recruiting process
    • This role is temporary, as it is a maternity leave replacement for 7-8 months.
