About the job Software Packager
Scope
- Processing of Incidents / Service Requests in the Devicemanagement environment (SCCM / Intune / RealmJoin - Windows 10/11).
- 2nd level day-to-day business, incl. customer contact (by phone or email)
- Operation and administration of unified endpoint management solutions (workplace,smartphones and tablets)
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer
- Engineering, or equivalent
- Good knowledge of scripting, Powershell skills and batch
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, MEMCM, Intune)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, MS Office and other standar software products
- Preferably: solid experience in software packaging and deployment with SCCM & Intune
- German language skills are required
