Come be a part of a vibrant, dynamic team that delivers world class designs for industry leading clients around the world. We design of some of the most complex and specialized facilities being constructed today.
Enhance your career with a company that inspires and empowers you to Challenge Today, Reinvent tomorrow – and deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow, and succeed.
Our clients provide advanced technology that connects, enables, and powers the world. Our team provides construction engineering solutions that enable those clients to develop and manufacture that technology.
As a Tool Install Design Lead, you will represent our Advanced Facilities Site Based Solutions team on the front line of our project sites, interfacing with client reps and other key stakeholders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the design process for the installation of semiconductor fab equipment (tools) that add leading-edge manufacturing capacity to the owner’s high-tech semiconductor facilities. Each day you will demonstrate your technical project management, stakeholder leadership, and business acumen in a dynamic, fast-paced, and professional design and construction environment.
You will work collaboratively with project managers, design managers, tool owners, industrial engineers, and construction trades to define, document, and control the scope requirements of each design package and lead those same stakeholders through standard design process flows, including any required design reviews. You will convey the requirements to your design team, ensure they have the required inputs and documentation, provide support and remove their constraints to allow them to produce and deliver QUALITY design packages for review and construction within the defined schedule and budget performance expectations for the project. You will coordinate field walks and site observation reports to ensure accurate and conflict-free design that is coordinated to field conditions. You will coordinate design requirements with your architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural design team, and raise issues and requests for change to the schedule and cost baselines as appropriate when field conditions, design requirements, or project needs change.
