Freeday, a dynamic and innovative company in the field of automation and digital solutions, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager at Freeday, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients. Your primary objective will be to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and ensure their success with our digital employee solutions.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact at Freeday.- Understand client requirements and goals, and effectively communicate them to internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition from sales to account management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and insights on how to leverage our digital employee solutions to improve their business processes.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, and work closely with the sales team to maximize revenue generation.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer implementation, to advocate for client needs and ensure a smooth client experience.
