As a Demand&Supply planner you'll ensure product availability while maintaining an optimal stock level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Owner of S&OP meetings
• Responsible for managing finished goods inventories without risk in Service to Customers
• Overall management of the incoming goods, supply chain, using business enterprise system
• Responsible for external co-packer supply
• Managing accurately the SAP Kinaxis systems input data ensuring that data in system are correct and updated
• Challenge Kinaxis parameters (MOQ's, coverage, etc.) with factories in order to achieve lowest inventories possible
• Update forecast in Kinaxis, 12 months rolling forecast at least, create promo codes, update cross-references. Follow-up on new product launches from decision to arrival in DC
• Inform sales through customer service and PAR (product availability report) about product availability of all products, remaining promotions and timing of new launches
• Weekly OOS/Distress report
• Planning and analyzing the weekly production schedule. Monitoring Supply Chain Losses which include write-offs from the factories

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-7 years of experience in Demand Planning (FMCG or pharma sectors would be considered a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply & Demand
• Advanced level of Greek and English
• Experience in SAP/Kinaxis
