What´s your impact?
- Integral consultation on strategy, to processes up to IT implementation of innovative solutions along the whole value chain
- Support the implementation of optimization projects with a focus on the supply chain, production and quality as well as sustainable anchoring in the affected organization entities
- Collaboration with marketing and sales topics, e.g. in the production of offers, market analysis, specialist articles as well as participation in specialist conferences
- Location: Mannheim, Cologne, Munich, Hamburg, Remote
How do you stand out?
- Years of experience in complex projects in Business Transformation & Organization
- Experience in the analysis, evaluation and optimization of processes and organizational structures along the value chain, e.g. lean assessments, business process design workshops or reorganization of production networks
- IT affinity and ideally basis SAP knowledge
- High level of customer orientation and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Above average degree
