Position: Administrator (Non-renewal 6-month contract)

Division: Road - Maintenance
Salary: R8 712 per month
Core Responsibilities:
- The Adhere to governance and risk management compliance requirements
- Adhere to Governance and financial Processes in terms of legislations, policies, and procedures
- Employ supportive customer service actions and strategies
- Integrate utilization of interpersonal skills and knowledge
- Prepare and consolidate daily, payment and attendance registers for EPEP field workers
- Compile reports including pictures of site activities
- Any other administrative activities related to Ekurhuleni Public Employment Programme.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric plus a Certificate in Office Management
- Two (2) years’ experience in office admin environment and computer literate
- South African Identity Document
- Resident of City of Ekurhuleni
- Young persons 18 -35 years, but men and women over 35 years will be considered
- Ability to communicate with communities
