Job Descriptions:
- Capture & prioritize demand from the business and work within IT to identify technology solutions, forecast future demand, and identify demand/supply conflicts.
- Continuous interaction with the business to improve service and responsiveness of IT is expected.
- Work together with business architects and product developers.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
- Experienced in Project Management Office/Demand Management.
- Familiar with Business Process Mapping, programming, and Project Management Methodologies (Scrum, SDLC).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
