Job Responsibilities:
- Manages, checks and maintains proper filing of all QA/QC HACCP documents, reports, and records.
- Manages, checks and maintains proper filing of external COAs, MSDS, Lab reports, and Certifications.
- Hosts daily sensory sessions with due diligence and appreciation.
- Reviews and improves internal quality and safety control from raw materials to finished products and packaging by SOPs etc.
- Assists team in achieving safety and quality goals set by the company for all daily and festive products
- Additional or different job scopes will be customized to meet the individual's aptitude, experience, and desire to contribute.
- Conduct and manages internal calibration according to schedule & SOP
- Manages, checks, and maintains labeling information and machine setting
Job Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the F&B Industry
- Able to express clearly and have good communication skills
- A responsible team player/leader
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, positive attitude, and adaptable to changes
- Good command of English preferred
