We’re on the lookout for Customer Service Representatives within our contact centre! This is a hybrid position, giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about the experience of our customers, is a fast learner and has aspirations to grow in your career with us.

You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care and support to customers facing challenges in meeting their financial commitments. You will be working across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
Concierge and welcome calls
Missed payments and early-intervention collections
Simple customer service enquiries
Do work that matters
You’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us. You will ask probing questions to understand what our customers really need and do your best to resolve all enquiries through active listening, clear communication and application of training on our products and services.

Hours and training
We currently have Casual positions available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:
Available to work a minimum 12-16 hours per week, split over 2-3 shifts
Available for at least one evening, and one Saturday shift per week
Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
All new starters will undergo mandatory training, at approximately 15 hours per week spread over 3 days per week for the first 4 weeks.
Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.
Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model that allows you to move at your own pace. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career with remuneration that reflects the complexity of your role.
We’ll guide you through training and inductions, workstation setup, self-assessment and e-learning modules. We’ll also schedule regular in-office days to ensure you can stay connected with your team. You will be able to work from home with this role . You will be required to work from the Perth 300 Murray Street, once a fortnight.
