The Role
As an Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting, engaging and giving customers a little glimpse of the Le Labo world. With your expertise and passion for people, you will share the brand's story, vision and mission. You will walk the customer through the brand's offering and advise products in accordance with the customer's needs.
You will be reporting to your direct Store Manager.
The position is permanent part-time position working 15 hours per week, based in Le Labo Free Standing Store in Copenhagen.
More specifically, you will:
- Be responsible to reach your individual sales' target, keeping track of the store's turnover
- Provide exceptional and authentic customer experience by finding the right products based on the customer's needs
- Have ownership over the store- keep it tidy at all times, re-stock and make sure that the visual merchandising is optimal to the brand's guidelines
- Establish collaborative relationships with your colleagues and your direct manager
- Perform services, participate in in-store events and being of help to your colleagues
- Administer cashiering and ensure customer satisfaction to improve customer loyalty that will add impact to the business' financial objectives
Qualifications
You are the perfect fit if you:
- Have a minimum high school diploma
- Have previous retail experience preferably within Beauty, including cashiering
- Have skincare, fragrance or other beauty certificates (this is seen as a plus!)
- Are proficient in a Scandinavian language and in English both in verbal and written communication
- Are able to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment
- Have the ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events and can work extra hours during holiday periods etc.
- Are familiar with SoMe platforms such as TikTok and Instagram is a plus
