In one sentence
The Commercial Counsel is a partner and trusted advisor to the Amdocs EMEA division. S/he is responsible to provide legal support for all commercial activities performed within the accounts that s/he oversees.
What will your job look like?
- You will provide advice, draft legal documents, be a central and key figure in the process of negotiating agreements with global corporations worldwide,
- participate in decision-making processes and promote compliance.
- You will collaborate with other Amdocs units and Amdocs’ customers.
All you need is...
- Juris Doctor/LL. B. plus admission to at least one bar. International L.L.M. is an advantage.
- At least 7 years of experience in commercial law from global high-tech companies or private practice (advising international clients).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-facing orientation.
- Ability to reach agreement on strategic matters with others, in and outside the organization, that have widely differing perspectives and objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Thinking Ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach and strong attention to detail.
- Fast Paced- Work Environment – the role requires a high level of dedication and effort
