RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help manage the overall strategy and planning function for global business.

- Collaborate with different business units, and cross-functional leaders to set the business up for success by implementing organizational structures, navigating the legal/banking landscape, driving revenue growth, improving efficiency, and aligning against broader company objectives.
- Lead market and competition intelligence related endeavors and advise upper management and other departments how company should perform accordingly.
Perform the role of Spokesperson for company business online and participate in offline conferences and communities to deliver the Company’s philosophy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution showing strong analytical and quantitative analytic skills; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
- Prior 5-8 year experience in management consulting, and/or corporate strategy/planning within a comparable blockchain/fintech company, social media/entertainment industry.
- Proven experience working independently, to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to drive initiatives in a cross-functional and English-speaking environment.
