We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and outgoing Public Area Attendants to join the team at Niche Living Dun Laoghaire—Ireland’s first purpose-designed co-living development.
This is no ordinary housekeeping job. There are no super-quick turnarounds or last-minute bookings, and fewer big events to clear up after. Instead, you’ll clean our communal areas on an organised and predictable schedule.

The role:
● You will be responsible for maintaining all communal areas to a required standard of cleanliness and setup whilst on duty
● You will work to a daily set schedule of cleaning across all of the building’s communal spaces, which include the lounges, kitchen/dining rooms, cinema and gym.
● You are a self-checker - you will ensure that cleaning meets the Niche Living brand standard.
● You will work as part of a team with a shared goal of achieving the highest level of housekeeping standards of which to be proud of
The person we are looking for:
● A person who enjoys working on their own initiative as well a great team player
● A person who enjoys meeting new people and who has great interpersonal skills
● A person who has an eye for detail and knows what it takes to achieve a high standard
● A person with previous housekeeping experience (ideally at 4- or 5-star standard)
● A person with good conversational English

Salary: €24,000.00-€28,000.00 per year
